Your First 5K

5K / 3.1 miles

New to running? A 5K is the perfect starting point. These beginner-friendly plans will take you from the couch to the finish line in 8-12 weeks.

10K Training

10K / 6.2 miles

Ready to go farther? A 10K doubles the challenge and the reward. These plans are designed for runners who have completed a 5K or have a base of regular running.

Half Marathon Prep

Half Marathon / 13.1 miles

The half marathon is a serious accomplishment. These plans range from 12 to 16 weeks and prepare you for the distance with structured long runs and recovery.
